is the world’s premier workshop dedicated to
providing a forum for the latest information
about burn-in and test socketing, and related
fields. Last year's workshop brought together
over 500 participants, representing more than
100 companies from around the world, and more
than 50 exhibitors. These participants included
end users and suppliers of sockets, boards,
burn-in systems, handlers, packages and other
related equipment, materials and services. |

BiTS-Careers "works" |
|
The main page
for BiTS-Careers, the Position Listing page, is a linked page
from the BiTS Workshop's homepage (bitsworkshop.org). This
page, the "Position Listing" page, lists each
available position with a brief description, the employer and
geographic location. Clicking on a specific position in the
listing brings up a separate/unique page with the employer's
advertisement (an image) for that specific position. Job
seekers click on the image to go to a URL link specified by
the listing company (e.g. to the listing company's employment
page). Test it out by clicking on the Sample positions in the
Position Listing. |

All BiTS-Careers
jobs are posted as an image that is a maximum of 690 pixels
wide x 350 pixels high (shorter and narrower ads are
permissible). Recommended resolution is 300dpi. File size
limit is 1Meg. That image may be a graphic image or completely
text. Rich media is NOT accepted (Flash, audio files,
Shockwave, etc.). See sample ads below.

Submit your job posting as a WORD file: in WORD create a
text box that is 8.49" wide by 4.31 inches high. Place
desired job posting text within that text box. Include a
background color if desired; if none is specified, a white
background will be used.

Positions are listed in
the order in which they are received.

Timetable |

Jobs will be
posted within 72 hours of the receipt and approval of the ad
image and the Purchase Order. An 'open' Purchase Order may be
established to accelerate the posting to 24 hours after the
receipt and approval of the ad image. At times, BiTS-Careers
may require more than 72 hours - you will be advised in those
situations. Ads that do not meet the specifications may incur
a delay.

The BiTS Workshop
reserves the right to reject any ads that it deems
inappropriate for any reason. The BiTS website is only a venue
for employers and job seekers to 'connect', so employers are
solely responsible for ensuring that their job posting adheres
to applicable employment laws. See the Terms and Conditions
