From the Sky Harbor International Airport,
proceed to Loop 202 (East Valley). Travel approximately 7 miles east
on the 202 to Loop 101 South. Proceed approximately 4 miles south on
the 101 to Exit 55A (Superstition Freeway, US 60 East/Globe). Take
U.S. Highway 60 East and proceed 1.5 miles to the Alma School exit.
Turn left onto Alma School Road. Turn right at the second stoplight
onto Holmes Avenue. The hotel entrance is on your right.

TRANSPORTATION FOR BiTS ATTENDEES STAYING AT THE HILTON |
Guests should call or email
Jessica DiJulio at the Hilton at (480) 844-6007 no later than
March 2nd, 2012, and provide the following information:
- Name
- Arrival and departure date and times
- Airline
- Flight numbers
- Mobile phone number
The Hilton will use Lexani by Ryan's
for all airport transportation. When guests arrive at the airport,
they need to head to baggage claim and exit through the North Exit
doors and wait at the NORTH BLUE DIAMOND sign. Lexani will call
guests directly on their cell phone to let them know they are
outside waiting for them. Lexani will pick them up at the NORTH BLUE
DIAMOND.
Departure transportation – guests
will need to be in the Hilton lobby 2 hours prior to departure time.
The Hilton Front Desk can remind them of this at check in
Airport transportation arrangements MUST be
made in advance. |
